The Challenge
Shark & Ninja needed to boost sales and market share for their products on Amazon. The challenge was to navigate Amazon's complex advertising ecosystem and create a strategy that would drive both brand visibility and sales velocity.
My Role
I was the lead digital strategist responsible for architecting a comprehensive Amazon advertising plan. My role was to develop and execute campaigns that would increase product visibility, drive qualified traffic to product pages, and ultimately boost sales.
The Solution
I built a full-spectrum Amazon advertising strategy, leveraging a blend of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display ads. I conducted extensive keyword research and optimized campaigns for maximum visibility and sales. My focus was on using data to continuously refine our targeting and bidding strategies to ensure we were always ahead of the competition.
The Results
The campaigns were a great success, leading to a significant increase in sales and market share for Shark & Ninja products on Amazon. We achieved our goals by consistently optimizing our ad spend and using data to make smart, strategic decisions.
